• November 4, 2001 - Fannie Mae Foundation Regional Help the Homeless Walkathon at the Prince William County Sports Complex.  This Program raises awareness of and funds for nonprofit agencies that provide critical services to the homeless in our community.  The 5K Walkathon is held annually, and Fannie Mae welcomes groups that are required to do course related community service activities.  The Walkathon is an education, community-based, charitable event geared for individuals, youth and their families' participation.  By joining the Walkathon and designating ACTS as the beneficiary of your special community project, you will introduce your affiliated group to an important community agency and teach them about the importance of helping your neighbors.
