The Non-Emergency Services we offer are designed for a longer term and is also based on need.  These services vary from Groceries, transition from temporary housing to permanent housing, the Nurturing Parents Program, Day Care and the ACTS Thrift Stores.   The details of them programs outlined below:

Food Pantry
This program assists in the management and temporary housing of homeless families so that one day they to can help themselves become established within the community with work and a place to call home.
Transitional Living
This program assists in the management and temporary housing of homeless families so that one day they to can help themselves become established within the community with work and a place to call home.
Nurturing Parent Program  
You may not be able to send money but you too can help raise money for A.C.T.S. through Donations of household items, collectibles, or old automobiles.  Also, help us get your employer on board to be one of our many Corporate Sponsors.
Child Care
Day Care services provided for those qualifying residents of Prince William County for ages 6 months to 12 years.
Thrift Store
Collects and sells good used clothing, furniture, appliances and household items at a reasonable price.
Volunteer Services
There are many ways that everyone can help others, see how you can Volunteer with A.C.T.S.
Fund Raising, Donations and Corporate Sponsors
